How it Works

- In order to distinguish a human from a computer program, users at a website are presented with a set of images.
- The user is asked to identify then click a particular sequence of images. E.g. “dogs” then “boats” then “trains”. Alternatively, the user may identify then type a sequence of letters overlaid on the images.
- Completed correctly, the user is verified and is allowed to continue their online session.
Note: the images, their positions, and the letters on the images change every time, protecting websites against malicious bots and spamware.
