What is an activation code and why do you want to send me one?
In order to sign into myVidoop, you’ll need to activate your browser by entering the 6-digit activation code we can send you over e-mail or phone. Read more about activation in our help section.
I don’t know what to do with my ImageShield. Help!
When you registered, you chose some secret image categories. Find those categories on your ImageShield and enter the letters printed on them.
I forgot my username and/or Image Categories.
